I have been fortunate to have known Arthur J. Wood over the past 10 years, and I appreciate the time he has dedicated to so many candidates throughout the years, including me. He understands the importance of a grassroots campaign, and he and his wife always found the time to walk door-to-door for me. His service has been a valuable asset to many, and I believe that his traits would make him a great Chairman of the Hillsborough County Republican Party.

Art, it's good to know we have principled, skilled leaders like you to take the reins of the HCRP. I thank you for the personal call asking for my vote. I've worked with you within the GOP and I've spend time around you personally. You are characterized and savvy. My first thoughts for Chairman were of you when the vacancy occurred. You have my friendship and I am at your disposal for the campaign season. Now you have my full endorsement. Let's go get 'em for 2012!
